The Mida Creek is a luxurious, yet rustic boutique style hotel located on the south side of Mida Creek in Watamu, Kenya. Sitting on a small beach and benefiting from the cooling effects of its huge makuti roof, The Mida Creek has six rooms which can accommodate up to 20 guests. Additionally, the hotel has its own private swimming pool, bar, restaurant, gym and two sun terraces.

The Mida Creek operates environmentally conscious policies whenever possible. To cut back on water usage and cleaning products, bed linen and towels are changed on the third day, unless otherwise requested. We grow a selection of herbs onsite and try to source organic products when possible. All seafood is caught sustainably, straight from the ocean in front of you.
We work closely with local businesses and artists. Our paintings are all unique and our furniture is handmade in Kenya. We have also installed wind and solar, designed to power the hotel 24/7.
